Overview
A mobile Human Resource Information System (HRIS) designed for PT Mahaghora to provide employees and HR administrators with a more accessible and structured way to manage human resource activities. The project focuses on simplifying complex HR processes and translating user needs into an intuitive mobile experience.

Challenge
Designing a mobile HRIS required translating a wide range of HR processes and information into an experience that is clear, structured, and easy to navigate. The challenge was to accommodate the different needs of employees and HR administrators while organizing complex features such as attendance, leave, employee data, payroll, performance, training, and approvals into a mobile-friendly interface.

Approach
The design process followed the User-Centered Design (UCD) method by involving employees and HR administrators throughout the design process. User needs and pain points were translated into information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. The design was then evaluated through usability testing using Think Aloud and the System Usability Scale (SUS), with the findings used to refine the interface through iterative design.

Outcome
The final design delivers a more structured and mobile-focused HRIS experience, with simplified navigation, clearer information hierarchy, and more accessible interactions for both employees and HR administrators. The project resulted in a high-fidelity prototype that addresses key user needs and provides a more intuitive experience for managing HR processes on mobile devices.
