Healthcare is a diabetes management mobile app concept designed to support users in organizing their everyday health routines. It brings blood-testing records, food journaling, educational resources, professional consultation, and community discussions into one accessible and connected platform.
Challenge
Managing diabetes involves tracking health information, maintaining dietary routines, finding reliable guidance, and communicating with professionals. When these activities are spread across different tools, daily management can feel fragmented and demanding. The challenge was to organize these needs without adding unnecessary complexity.
Approach
The experience was structured around three core journeys: monitoring health information, consulting professionals, and connecting with a supportive community. Features were grouped into clear dashboard categories, supported by familiar cards, simple record histories, and straightforward scheduling interactions.
Outcome
The final concept delivers a more connected and approachable diabetes management experience. Users can organize health records, access food-journaling tools, schedule professional consultations, and participate in relevant community discussions through one consistent interface designed to support everyday self-management.
